I can’t think of a more quintessential cool weather cocktail than the Hot Toddy, and this version – expertly adapted by the amazing Sarah Elliott – takes the classic to next-level status. Pairing apple brandy, honey, water, lemon and cinnamon sticks, the Apple Brandy Hot Toddy is an insanely yummy warm-me-up, perfect for sipping at a bonfire or tree lighting (transported, of course, in my favorite Sol Y Luna leather thermos).
