I’ve shared my love for CAP Beauty, an unparalleled online destination for all-natural inner and outer beauty, before (our visit to their newly-opened CAP Beauty boutique-spa in NY’s West Village seen here). So, when I found out that founders and all-around amazing ladies Kerrilynn Pamer and Cindy DiPrima Morisse were looking to come west, I knew that I wanted to be a part of it. With this in mind, I’m so excited to announce the launch of our one-week-only CAP Beauty pop-up, hosted in my Brentwood store. Taking place now through Thursday, November 12th, the pop-up will feature a range of products healthful and effective from such all-natural favorites as The Beauty Chef, CAP Beauty, In Fiore, Henne Organics, Kypris, Butter Elixir, Pursoma, Living Libations, May Lindstrom, Captain Blankenship, Sun Potion, Urban Moonshine, Vintner’s Daughter, EIR, Wedderspoon Honey and Hannes Dottir.
Needless to say, a get-together in celebration of our pop-up was most definitely in order. Featuring an incredible all-organic, vegan menu from chefs Greg Arnold and Stephen McCarty, our dinner was a feast for the senses, fitting of our synergistic collaboration. And our decor, including gorgeous florals from Heather Williams of Twig & Twine, felt much the same. See below for all the decor elements, and stay tuned tomorrow for all the menu details. And, be sure to stop by our this-week-only pop-up, I promise you won’t leave empty-handed. XXJKE
THE DECOR – Natural, organic elements, fitting of our pop-up collaboration.
Florals – Twig & Twine
Beautiful, natural, textural arrangements composed of hellebores, ranunculus, scabiosa flowers, nankin, smoke bush foliage, sage, cyclamen (both the foliage and the blooms), acacia, astrantia, blooming oregano, astilbe, dark queen anne’s lace bay and berries. To create, Heather began with herbs as the key element – fat sage leaves and dark plum colored blooming oregano – and brought in other flowers and greenery to complement. Dark black berries added a nice seasonal edge, and large faced blooms created texture and added interest.
Small floral bunches, secured with ribbon, were also placed at each setting, atop an organic, biodynamic chocolate from ZenBunni.
Dishware, Flatware, Glassware & Cake Stands – Heath Ceramics Indigo/Slate Dinner and Salad Plates, Rose Gold Flatware, Pressed Glass Goblets, and Early American Pressed Glass Cake Stands, all from high-end tabletop rental destination, Casa de Perrin
