My friend Kimberly Muller, whom by now you all know quite well, wrote a wonderful book last year entitled Last Night I Swam With A Mermaid. It is a beautiful book with a beautiful message, teaching our kids to protect and respect our oceans. We decided it would be a great idea to put together a mermaid tea party to celebrate Earth Day. It was such a special day, and a little girl’s dream come true – an English tea party with a real mermaid.
I hosted a dinner at my house for my close friend Jenna to celebrate her 30th birthday and wanted to share the table settings with you. I picked herbs from my vegetable garden and created simple organic arrangements that looked and smelled beautiful.
