Kristen Cassie of Moon Canyon is back with a January installment of our floral encyclopedia. This lush arrangement is comprised of early spring blooms arranged in a ceramic vase by Mt. Washington Pottery. The wabi-sabi aesthetic of the handmade vessel adds to the arrangement’s playful proportions. Earthy yellows, rich greens, and a touch of blue […]
A new season means a new opportunity to collaborate with the lovely Kristen Caissie of Moon Canyon on a unique floral arrangement. Kristen is expecting a new baby and is totally luminous so it feels fitting that our fall display is done in warm shades of golden yellow. “I’m in love with early fall meadow-style […]
Using a beautiful hand-carved vase by Mt. Washington Pottery as a starting point, Kristen Caissie of Moon Canyon put together the loveliest floral arrangement for us this month. Her inspiration was simply “the summer garden”; most of the flowers were cut from her own backyard, while a few were purchased from her local nursery. I love […]
This beautiful bouquet from the talented Kristen Caissie of Moon Canyon is everything you want in a spring floral arrangement; an abundance of petals, feminine colors, and a delicately sweet fragrance. I love how the strong, sculptural leather Made Solid vase Kristen used brings the bouquet back down to earth while allowing the materials to twist and […]

Summer is a social and relaxed season, so a serious floral arrangement can feel out of place on the dining-room table. I love a more rustic bouquet for these casual days; something overflowing with interesting greens in various heights, and flowers in a gentle monochromatic palette. For our latest edition of Floral Encyclopedia with Kristen […]
This time of year is one of my favorites – a time to soak up the last bits of summer in anticipation of the cooler months ahead. And though the warmer temps have been hanging around a bit longer than usual (at least in LA), we’re starting to see signs that autumn weather is just around the […]

It’s no secret that I have a bit of an obsession with flowers – I try to implement them whenever possible, whether it be for large get-togethers, my storefronts, or just to have around the house. But there are so many beautiful flowers out there, many of which I never knew the names of – I just knew I loved the look.
